Structure Canvas provides a free, browser-based tool for creating floor plans, site plans, plot plans, and related drawings. You can upload images, calibrate scale, draw shapes and dimensions, and export your work. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others
• Transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others' systems

4. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (e.g., drawings, uploaded images). Drawing data is processed in your browser and, when you save a project file, stored on your device. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of your drawings and for ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload.

The Service is provided for general informational and design purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the tool or any drawings produced with it. Plans and measurements created with the Service are not a substitute for professional surveying, engineering, or legal advice. Always verify dimensions and comply with local regulations before relying on drawings for permits or construction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structure Canvas and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero for free use). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

7. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements (e.g., Google Ads). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and them. Our use of data in connection with advertising is described in our Privacy Policy.
