What are Project Albums?

Project Albums are the core of TimeFotos for service field pros: contractors, roofers, plumbers, painters, HVAC technicians, and anyone who works job-by-job. Each project is tied to a job address, so all your photos, documents, estimates, work orders, and invoices for that job stay in one place.

Why use Project Albums?

• One place per job — Every job starts with a street address. Photos, documents, notes, estimates, work orders, and invoices are all linked to that project.
• Timestamped jobsite photos — Capture photos with date, time, GPS, and weather. Ideal for inspections, insurance, QA, and disputes.
• Client share links — Send your client a read-only link to their job. They see photos, progress, and documents without logging in or downloading an app.
• Portfolio and leads — Turn completed work into a public project album. Before-and-after photos and project updates build trust and generate leads.

What can you do inside a project?

From the Project Albums list (in the CRM or business area), you open a project to access:

• Photos — Upload and organize jobsite photos. Mark which are public (for client or portfolio) and which are private. Add annotations (draw, highlight, label) directly on photos.
• Documents — Attach plans, permits, specs, proposals, and other files to the job.
• Notes — Keep notes and decisions tied to the job address.
• Estimates — Create branded estimates, send by email, get approvals and e-sign.
• Work orders — Convert approved estimates into work orders with one tap.
• Invoices — Generate invoices, send payment reminders, track payments, export PDFs.
• Workboard — Tasks and to-dos for this job in one view.
• Team chat — Messages and updates stay tied to the job — no lost group texts.

Who are Project Albums for?

Project Albums are part of TimeFotos Pro (or your verified Field Pro plan). They are designed for:

• Contractors and remodelers
• Roofers, painters, electricians, plumbers
• HVAC technicians, cleaners, inspectors
• Property managers and service crews

If you use the TimeFotos app (timestamp photos, estimates, invoices), your projects and project albums are the same jobs you manage on the web in the CRM under Project Albums.

Where do I find Project Albums?

1. Sign in to TimeFotos on the web.
2. Open Business (or your workspace) and go to Project Albums (or CRM → Project Albums).
3. Create a new project with a job address, or open an existing project to add photos, estimates, work orders, and invoices.
