How to contact support

If you can’t find the answer in the Help Center, you can contact the TimeFotos support team.

When to contact support

  • Account issues — Can’t sign in, reset password, or update email.
  • Marketplace problems — Listing errors, payment issues, or problems with a transaction.
  • Safety or abuse — You’ve reported something and need follow-up, or you need help with a serious issue.
  • Bugs or technical issues — Something on the site or app isn’t working as expected.
  • Other questions — Billing, partnerships, or anything not covered in our help articles.

How to reach us

In-app or on the website

  1. Sign in to your TimeFotos account.
  2. Open Support — Look for Support, Help, or Contact in the main menu, footer, or under your profile.
  3. Submit a ticket — Fill out the form with:
    • Subject — Short summary (e.g. “Can’t reset password”).
    • Description — What’s going on and what you’ve already tried.
    • Category (if asked) — e.g. Account, Marketplace, Technical.
  4. Send — You’ll usually get a confirmation and a ticket number. Support will reply by email or in the app.

Email

You can also email support (check the Contact us page or footer for the current address). Include:

  • The email associated with your account.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Any screenshots or details that might help (e.g. error messages, listing IDs).

What to expect

  • Response time — We aim to respond within a few business days. Urgent safety issues may be prioritized.
  • Staying signed in — You may need to stay signed in so we can verify your account when helping with account-specific issues.
  • Follow-up — We may ask for more information. Replying to the same thread or ticket keeps everything in one place.

Before you contact us

We’re here to help. If you’re not sure where to start, use the in-app or website support form and we’ll direct you to the right place.
