Report suspicious listings, scams, or abusive users on TimeFotos.

How to report a listing or user

If you see a listing or user that violates our rules, is a scam, or makes you feel unsafe, you can report it. TimeFotos reviews reports and takes action when needed.

When to report

Report when you see or experience:

  • Scams or fraud — Fake listings, requests for payment outside the platform, or other dishonest behavior.
  • Prohibited items — Listings that aren’t allowed (check our Acceptable Use and marketplace rules).
  • Harassment or abuse — Threatening, hateful, or repeated unwanted messages.
  • Spam — Repeated or irrelevant messages, or fake accounts.
  • Other policy violations — Anything that breaks our terms or community standards.

How to report a listing

  1. Open the listing you want to report.
  2. Find the report option — Often a Report link, “…” menu, or flag icon on the listing page.
  3. Select a reason — Choose the reason that best fits (e.g. scam, prohibited item, misleading).
  4. Add details (optional) — A short description helps our team review faster.
  5. Submit — Your report is sent to TimeFotos. We don’t share your identity with the reported user.

How to report a user

  1. Open the conversation with the user, or go to their profile (if visible).
  2. Find the report option — Usually in a “…” menu or Report user.
  3. Select a reason and add any details.
  4. Submit — We’ll review and take action if the behavior violates our policies.

What happens after I report?

  • Review — Our team reviews the report and the listing or account.
  • Action — We may remove content, warn the user, or restrict or suspend the account.
  • Confidentiality — We don’t disclose who reported; we may or may not contact you for more information.

If you’re in immediate danger or have been defrauded, contact local authorities and, if needed, contact our support team for assistance.
